The power of words – EARN vs MAKE

I had an interesting little convo with someone on the SJO fam on “make” vs “earn.”

Words are powerful. Saying you’ve earned something is far more empowering than saying you’ve made something. There’s also far more ownership when you “earn.”

Similar to using policy vs rule, use earn instead of make.
