Never lose a customer again

I’m a simple man who loves books.

Fiction. Non-fiction. Biographies (my fav). There’s something magical about curling up with a good book on a comfortable sofa and having your dog passed out next to you.

But there is a type of books that I loathe: business books.

They’re great if you want regurgitated platitudes and stories that you cannot apply to yourself (e.g. “oh hey, you just need to work hard forever, but ignore the $3 million business I inherited”).

Now and then, an exception comes up.

My man Joey Coleman’s is that exception. He’s a fantastic speaker (I’ve learned so much from him on public speaking), but also someone who truly appreciates and understands the value of converting someone from a CUSTOMER into an EVANGELIST.

A customer at most consumes what you’re offering. But an evangelist? They are the ones who won’t stop proselytizing to everyone about how amazing your business is.

We know that the easiest way to make more money is to have your existing customers buy more stuff. So don’t dilly dally – upgrade your relationship with those customers and learn from Joey’s wisdom:
